Taste Cumbria Maryport returns on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 August 2026, bringing food stalls, live entertainment and family activities to the Harbourside event space and Marine Road Showfield.

Entry is free, and the festival is open to the general public and families. Organiser Cumberland Council has confirmed that the weekend will include a producers’ market, hot and cold food, music, children’s entertainment and appearances connected with the 2027 Tour de France Grand Départ.

Food, demonstrations and live entertainment

TV chef Rosemary Shrager is due to appear on the Harbourside Demo Stage at 11am on Saturday. Her cooking demonstration is free to attend, with samples expected to be available.

The Maryport Classic Car and Vintage Vehicle Show is taking place at Netherhall Rugby Club on Saturday.
