Cambridge Wellness Festival 2026 will bring a free day of health and wellbeing activities to The Green and Gardens at Cambridge Biomedical Campus on Tuesday, 8 September. Running from 11am to 6pm, the festival is open to staff, patients, visitors and local residents, with no charge for entry or any of the listed activities.

The event will take place at the campus on Hills Road, Cambridge, CB2 0QQ. According to the Visit Cambridge Events listing, the programme is designed to give people space to connect, take time for themselves and explore different approaches to wellbeing.

Yoga, workshops and women’s health sessions

Visitors will be able to choose from a varied programme rather than following a single schedule of activities. The confirmed line-up includes yoga and Tai Chi alongside wellbeing stands, workshops and talks from experts.

Creative sessions will also form part of the day, with art and craft activities among the options. Women’s health sessions are scheduled, while Pets as Therapy dogs will offer another way for visitors to take a pause during the festival.

The mix gives attendees the option to join an organised activity, listen to a talk or spend time exploring the stands. Individual session times are contained in the full programme published by Cambridge Biomedical Campus.

The station reference identifies the location of The Green but does not provide travel schedules or other transport arrangements. Visitors planning their journey should therefore use the full venue address rather than relying on additional travel details not included in the event notice.

Entry and activities are free

There is no admission charge, and the organiser states that every activity is free. The published information does not set out a separate booking requirement, so anyone seeking details for a particular workshop, talk or session should check the full programme before attending.

Cambridge Biomedical Campus is organising the festival as a community event within a site associated with healthcare and research. The day is intended to bring together the people who work at, receive care at or visit the campus, as well as residents from across Cambridge.

The full programme, including the available sessions, has been published on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus website ahead of the festival.
